摘要
汽轮机TSI系统用于监视汽轮机轴振、瓦振、偏心、轴向位移、差胀及转速等机械工作参数,是大型发电机组安全稳定运行的重要保障,因此,TSI系统设备需要定期校验,以保证监测参数的准确可靠。通过多年对TSI系统的校验,积累了一些校验方法和经验,供校验同行参考。
The turbine TSI system is used to monitor mechanical working parameters such as the turbine shaft vibration, tile vibration, eccentricity, axial displacement, differential expansion and rotation speed, which is an important guarantee for the safe and stable operation of large generator sets. Therefore, TSI system equipment needs to be checked regularly to ensure the accuracy and reliability of monitoring parameters. Through years of verification of TSI system, some verification methods and experience have been accumulated for reference to the calibration industry.
