摘要
团队自省对高校新任辅导员专业化发展具有促进作用,有助于提升新任辅导员专业化发展的整体水平,有助于增强新任辅导员专业化发展的真实行动,有助于提高新任辅导员专业化发展的内在动力。可通过建立平等对话的学工团队,营造团队合作的校园文化,重构绩效考核的制度体系等构建辅导员团队自省的保障机制,促进新任辅导员专业化发展。
Group self-examination can help to advance the professionalization of new college advisors and uplift the professional level of the group as a whole.Group self-examination can also make the new advisors more motivated and proactive.To encourage advisors self-examination and promote their professionalization,colleges and universities may build a strong team of student affairs managers who conduct dialogues on an equal footing,create a favorable campus culture that values team cooperation and reconstruct the performance evaluation system.
