摘要
高等教育国际化背景下,面向来华留学生进行大学文化传播是国内高校提升留学生培养、管理和服务水平的重要途径,是增强中外文化交流、培养留学生人才、推动来华留学教育特色化发展的有益探索。高校在面向来华留学生进行大学文化传播过程中,存在缺失传播主体、对传播对象了解不够、传播形式过于单一等现实问题。大学文化传播要从队伍建设、内容表达和媒介融合三方面提高实效性、针对性和广泛性。
Against the background of internationalization of higher education,spreading university culture to international students is an important way to boost the effect of their education,management and provide them with better service.It can also enhance cultural exchanges,strengthen international students abilities and promote their characteristic education in China.Universities must work hard to remedy the existing problems such as lack of communication subject,poor understanding of the object and limited communication forms.They should improve the effect of cultural transmission by building a strong team,offering rich substance and integrating various media.
