摘要
目的:观察养阴益气颗粒对于鼻咽癌放射治疗的增敏作用。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年12月就诊于山东省千佛山医院并诊断为鼻咽癌的79例患者,将所有患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组及中药组,两组均接受3个月的放射治疗,其中对照组40例仅接受放射治疗,中药组39例接受放射治疗开始的同时服用养阴益气颗粒。观察两组鼻咽部原发灶及颈部转移灶(转移淋巴结)缩小情况,以及患者皮肤、黏膜、唾液腺、消化道反应和血常规。结果:比较患者放射治疗3个月(近期)和放射治疗1年(远期)的疗效,中药组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),且中药组放射治疗时的主要不良反应少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴益气颗粒是一个安全有效的放射增敏药,可以提高鼻咽癌放射治疗的疗效。
Objective:To observe the sensitization effect of Yangyin Yiqi granule on nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Methods:From September 2017 to December 2018,79 patients diagnosed with NPC in Qianfoshan Hospital of Shandong Province were divided into the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group using random number tables,and both groups received radiotherapy for 3 months. Among them,40 patients in the control group received radiotherapy alone,and 39 patients in the TCM group received radiotherapy and oral administration of Yangyin Yiqi granule. The reduction of primary nasopharyngeal lesions and cervical metastatic lesions(Lymph node metastasis),reactions in the skin,mucous membrane,salivary glands,gastrointestinal reactions and blood routine examination results were observed in the two groups. Results:The efficacy of radiotherapy for three months(short-term) and for one year(long-term) were compared,the total effective rate in the TCM group was better than that in the control group(P< 0.05),and the main adverse reactions during radiotherapy in the TCM group were less than those in the control group. Conclusions:Yangyin Yiqi granule is a safe and effective radiosensitizer,which can improve the efficacy of radiotherapy for NPC.
