摘要
为提高冷却船舶蒸汽动力装置在运行过程中产生乏汽的速度,设计一套基于模块化程序库和数据库软件的乏汽冷却监控系统,并搭建陆上试验平台进行试验验证。试验结果表明:该系统工作稳定,性能优良,特别是在液位控制和温度控制2项核心指标上表现优异,能达到预期的设计目标,具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to raise the cooling speed of the exhaust steam produced during the operation of marine steam power plant, the paper designs a monitoring system of exhaust steam cooling based on the software of modularized library and modularized database. The test verification is carried out by carrying on land test platform. The test result shows that the monitoring system is stable in work and excellent in performance,especially in the two core indicators of liquid level control and temperature control. The monitoring system achieves the expected design goals and has broad application prospects.
