基于ICP-MS法测定犬粮中6种有害元素及其健康风险评估

Determination and assessment of health risk for six harmful elements in dog food by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

摘要 试验建立了犬粮中6种重金属[汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)]多残留电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的检测方法。犬粮样品经微波消解后质谱检测,6种有害元素的检出限在0.003-0.010 mg/kg之间;线性范围在0.1-100.0μg/L内各成分的线性相关系数均大于0.999;样品在定量限1倍、2倍和10倍3个添加水平下的平均回收率为91.9%-105.1%,相对标准偏差为2.6%-8.3%。采用单因子污染指数、综合因子污染指数法对犬粮中6种有害元素的食用安全性进行评价。结果表明,综合因子污染指数大小顺序为:中幼型犬粮>通用型和成犬粮>老年犬粮。 A method was established for the determination of six harmful elements residues in dog food,including mercury(Hg),lead(Pb),arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),copper(Cu),chromium(Cr),using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).After digested with microwave,the samples was detected with ICP-MS.The results indicated that the limits of detection for six harmful elements was in the range of 0.003~0.010 mg/kg,and the range of 0.1~100.0μg/L had good linear relationship(r>0.999).The average recoveries of the 6 harmful elements in dog food samples at one,two and ten times added levels of LOQ ranged from 91.9%to 105.1%with the relative standard deviations between 2.6%to 8.3%.A singl e factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index was applied to assess pollution levels and safety of six harmful elements in dog food.The results showed that the comprehensive pollution index of medium and young dog food is higher than that of universal dog food,and the comprehensive pollution index of universal dog food is higher than that of geriatric dog food.
