摘要
试验旨在了解市场上现有羔羊开食料的颗粒特性和营养成分,为肉羊开食料的研究和开发提供参考。从不同地区采集8种羔羊开食料,对其颗粒特性(包括感官特性、长度、直径、硬度和含粉率)、常规成分和钙、磷进行测定与比较。研究表明,不同开食料的色泽均匀且无发霉、变质及异味;颗粒硬度差异最大,范围在25.35-209.61 N,最大硬度是最小硬度的8倍多;颗粒长度和含粉率的差异也较大,分别为6.1-15.1 mm和0.1%-2.6%;颗粒直径差异较小,介于2.6-4.8 mm之间。另外,同种开食料颗粒特性的整齐度较差,颗粒硬度、长度、直径的最大变异系数分别达到38.09%、37.92%和4.38%。不同开食料中,中性洗涤纤维差异最大,最高为18.87%,是最低的2.3倍;粗蛋白质、钙、磷含量差异也很大,分别为17.45%-20.51%、0.48%-1.08%、0.36%-0.68%;钙磷比也极不一致,从0.82:1到2.31:1;粗灰分介于5.14%-7.72%之间;粗脂肪含量为2.59%-4.15%,水分差异较小。另外,开食料的粗蛋白质含量、钙磷比远远低于饲养标准,钙、磷含量则多数高于饲养标准。结果表明,目前我国市场上的羔羊开食料颗粒特性和养分差异较大。
The purpose of the experiment was to know the pellet characteristics and nutrients of lamb feed in the market and to provide reference for the research and development of lamb feed.Eight pellet starters of lamb were collected from different areas in China.The pellet characteristics(sensory properties,length,diameter,hardness and powder content)traditional nutrients,calcium(Ca)and phosphorus(P)were determined and analyzed.The color of the starters was uniform and no mildew,deterioration and odor.The hardness difference(25.35~209.61 N)was the greatest,and the maximum hardness was more than eight times the minimum hardness.The difference of pellet length and powder content was also great,which were 6.1~15.1 mm and 0.1%~2.6%,respectively.The difference of pellet diameter was small,ranging from 2.6 mm to 4.8 mm.In addition,the uniformity of pellet characteristics of the same kind of starter was poor,and the maximum coefficient of variation of pellet hardness,length and diameter was 38.09%,37.92%and 4.38%,respectively.There was greatest difference for neutral detergent fiber and the highest content was 18.87%,which was 2.3 times the lowest.The contents of crude protein(CP),Ca and P also varied greatly,which were 17.45%~20.51%,0.48%~1.08%and 0.36%~0.68%respectively.The ratio of calcium to phosphorus(Ca:P)was also different,ranging from 0.82:1 to 2.31:1.Ash,either extract were 5.14%~7.72%and 2.59%~4.15%.The difference of water content was small.In addition,the CP and Ca:P were far below the feeding standard,whereas Ca and P was mostly higher than the feeding standards.The results showed that the pellet characteristics and nutrients of lamb starters in China are quite different.
