摘要
试验研究了以山楂、酵母、大蒜素、黄芪和党参等中药为主的2种添加剂对肉牛瘤胃消化酶活性、养分消化率及血液指标的影响。试验选择体重相近[(350±25)kg]的杂交(西门塔尔×本地黄牛)母牛,按体重随机分为3组,以黄贮为粗饲料来源,采取精料定量粗饲料自由采食的方式进行饲喂。试验组精料中各自添加1种中草药添加剂,对照组不添加任何添加剂。试验预饲期7 d,正式试验期90 d,每天精确记录精粗料的采食量,并于试验开始和结束的清晨空腹称重,期间连续收集7 d粪便用以测定养分消化率,试验中期抽取瘤胃液用以测定酶活,并于试验结束的清晨空腹采集静脉血进行检测。结果表明,试验Ⅰ组粗料采食量提高22.63%,试验Ⅱ组粗料采食量提高16.84%;试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的毛利润分别比对照组高出6.28元/d和6.03元/d(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组瘤胃液中果胶酶和滤纸酶活性显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的干物质消化率比对照组分别提高4.51%和3.97%(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维消化率比对照组分别提高5.51%和1.66%,其中试验Ⅰ组差异达到显著水平,试验Ⅱ组差异不显著。试验Ⅰ组和对照组血液中尿素氮含量比试验Ⅱ组分别高出29.90%和16.25%(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组血液中甘油三酯含量比对照组和试验Ⅱ组分别升高21.93%和39.26%(P<0.05)。
The experiment was to study the effect of two kinds of compound Chinese herbal medicine supplementation on rumen digestive enzyme activity,digestibility and blood biochemical indexes of beef.12 beef cattle which have the same sex(female),same varieties(Simmental×local cattle)and same weight of(350±25)kg were randomly divided into three groups.Taking the fermentation of straw as the source of roughage,free feeding of roughage and concentrate was quantitative.TestⅠand test Ⅱ group were respectively added a Chinese herbal medicine supplementation in the concentrate,control group did not add any supplementation.The preliminary period of the experiment was seven days,and the feeding period was 90 days.The feed intake of fine coarse materials was accurately recorded every day,and the food was weighed on an empty stomach at the beginning and the end of the experiment,during which feces were continuously collected for seven days for determination of nutrient digestibility,tummy gastric juice was extracted in the middle of the experiment for determination of enzyme activity,and venous blood was collected on an empty stomach at the end of the experiment for detection.The results showed that test group Ⅰ coarse material intake increased by 22.63%,test group Ⅱ coarse material intake increased by 16.84%;the profit of test Ⅰ and test Ⅱ were 6.28 yuan/d and 6.03 yuan/d higher than control group(P<0.05);test Ⅰand test Ⅱ group of tumor in the gastric juice pectinase and filter paper enzyme activity increased significantly(P<0.05).The digestibility of dry matter in test Ⅰ and test Ⅱ increased by 4.51%and 3.97%,respectively(P<0.05);the neutral detergent fiber digestion rate of test Ⅰ and test Ⅱ increased by 5.51%and 1.66%respectively,but only the test I reached the level of difference significantly;the blood urea nitrogen content of test Ⅰ and control group were higher than 29.90%and 16.25%respectively(P<0.05);the blood triglyceride levels of TestⅠwas higher than test Ⅱ and control group in 21.93%and 39.26%respectively(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between test Ⅱ and the control group.
