营养性添加剂对犊牛免疫和生长性能影响的研究 被引量:2

Study on the effect of nutritive additive on immune and growth performance of calves

摘要 试验旨在研究添加营养性添加剂对犊牛免疫和生长性能的影响。选择体重、出生日期相近、健康状况良好的荷斯坦母犊牛30头,采用完全随机的方法分为2组,每组15头。对照组饲喂酸化奶,试验组在酸化奶的基础上添加营养性添加剂50 g/(头·d),试验期90 d。结果表明:在第60 d和90 d时,试验组免疫指标IgG、白介素-4、补体C3、GLB和血浆代谢物指标BUN、CHO、TC、LDLC显著提高,但犊牛腹泻和瘤胃臌胀(断奶前)和瘤胃臌胀(断奶后)发病率极显著降低(P<0.01),同时断奶前后试验组体直长、胸围、日增重、饲料报酬均高于对照组。因此,添加营养性添加剂可降低犊牛的发病率,提高生长性能,有利于牧场的犊牛培育。 The study was to investigate the effect of nutritive additive(Yudukang)on immune and growth performance in calves.Thirty Holstein calves with similar birth weight and good health were divided into two groups with 15 heads in each group.Calves were fed with acidified milk in the control group,and fed with nutritive additive 50 g/(head•d)on the basis of acidified milk in the experimental group for 90 days.The results showed that the immune index of IgG,interleukin-4,complement C3,GLB contents and the plasma metabolite index of BUN,CHO,TC,LDLC contents in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),but the morbidity of diarrhea and rumen distension(pre-weaning)and rumen distension(post-weaning)was highly significantly reduced in calves(P<().()1);at the same time,body length,chest circumference,daily weight gain and feed reward for 60 d and 90 d in experimental group were higher than those of control group.Therefore,the addition of nutritive additive is beneficial to decrease morbidity and improve growth performance of calves,which is more conducive to the cultivation of calves in the pasture.
