摘要 为使CR300AF型复兴号动车组车顶高压电器设备免受外部恶劣环境影响,保证设备具有良好的工作性能,研制将真空断路器、高压接地开关、高压隔离开关、避雷器和互感器等部件进行集成的动车组用车顶高压电器箱。针对高压电器箱使用条件进行绝缘性能分析,确定高压电器箱基本绝缘能力参数;基于气固复合绝缘设计方法,设计绝缘顶盖与绝缘隔板,解决箱体高度方向绝缘不足的问题;通过对高压电器箱进行强度仿真计算,计算7种不同工况下高压电器箱的应力情况及安全系数;通过绝缘性能试验和冲击振动试验,对样机的绝缘性能和结构强度进行试验验证。试验结果表明,高压电器箱能够满足绝缘设计和结构强度要求,符合动车组使用要求。 In order to protect the high-voltage electrical equipment on the roof of Fuxing EMUs from the influence of external harsh environment and ensure the good working performance of the equipment,the high-voltage electrical box on the roof of EMUs was developed,and the components such as vacuum circuit breaker,high-voltage grounding switch,high-voltage disconnector,lightning arrester and transformer were integrated.According to the use conditions of high-voltage electrical box,the insulation performance analysis was carried out to determine the basic insulation capacity parameters of high-voltage electrical box;based on the design method of gas-solid composite insulation,the insulation top cover and insulation partition were designed to solve the problem of insufficient insulation in the height direction of the box;through the strength simulation calculation of high-voltage electrical box,the stress situation and safety factor of high-voltage electrical box under 7 different working conditions was calculated.Through the insulation performance test and impact vibration test,the insulation performance and structural strength of the prototype were tested and verified.The test results showed that the high-voltage electrical box could meet the requirements of insulation design,structural strength and EMUs operation.
