基于转角及振型参量的桥梁挠度监测方法 被引量:7

摘要 研究目的:作为桥梁安全性评价的重要指标,挠度能够反映高速铁路大跨桥梁刚度性能,特别是在桥梁运营期健康监测中,挠度测量是必不可少的组成部分。本文依据振型叠加原理,得出以振型向量作为中间变量的结构倾角与挠度转换算法,基于该算法提出一种桥梁挠度测试的新方法,该方法能够克服以往桥梁挠度测量方法在监测精度低、实施操作性差、长期监测性能差等方面的不足,并在高铁桥梁健康监测系统中对其进行试验验证。研究结论:(1)通过原理推导和数值模拟验证,本文提出的基于振型叠加原理的转角与挠度转换算法科学合理,具有较小的预测误差;(2)通过在石济客专济南黄河公铁两用桥静载试验中应用,采用本文方法测算的桥梁关键断面的竖向位移与实测挠度数据吻合程度较高,测算精度满足工程要求,验证了其有效性和可靠性,可为桥梁健康监测的长期挠度测量提供有效手段。 Research purposes:As an important index of bridge safety evaluation,the deflection can reflect the stiffness performance of high-speed railway long-span bridges.Especially,deflection measurement is an indispensable part of the health monitoring for bridges during operational period.In this paper,according to the principle of mode superposition,an algorithm to convert the structural inclination angle into deflection with the model vector as intermediate variable is obtained.And based on this algorithm,a new method of bridge deflection testing is proposed.This method can overcome the shortcomings of the former bridge deflection measurement methods,such as low monitoring accuracy,poor implementation and poor long-term monitoring performance,which has been tested and verified in the high-speed railway long-span bridge health monitoring system.Research conclusions:(1)Through principle derivation and numerical simulation,the conversion algorithm of inclination and deflection based on the principle of mode superposition is scientific and reasonable,with small prediction error.(2)Through the application in the static load test of Jinan Yellow River Rail-Road Bridge,the vertical displacement of the key section of the bridge calculated by the method in this paper is in good agreement with the measured deflection data.And the accuracy of measurement meets the engineering requirements and its effectiveness and reliability is verified.It can provide an effective means to measure the long term deflection of bridge health monitoring.
