摘要
文章根据JJG 272-2007《空盒气压表和空盒气压计》检定规程要求的数据处理计算方法,通过VB软件编程,实现检定数据自动处理,并出具检定证书。分析了研究空盒气压表检定过程中的温度系数检定、示值检定和补充修正值的检定3个关键步骤,对其检定方法、数据处理和编程算法分别进行说明,利用实际检定记录验证算法的可行性。验证结果表明该算法不仅提高了工作效率,也有效避免了由于人为原因造成的数据处理中明显的错误,有效提高了数据处理的准确度。
According to the requirements of JJG 272-2007 Aneroid Barometer and Aneroid Barograph on data processing and calculation method,through VB programming,automatic verification data processing is realized,and verification certificate is issued.The three key steps of temperature coefficient verification,indication verification and supplementary correction value verification of aneroid barometer are analyzed and studied.The verification method,data processing and programming algorithm are explained one by one,and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by the actual verification records.The validation results show that the algorithm not only improves the work efficiency,but also effectively avoids obvious errors in data processing caused by human factors,and effectively improves the accuracy of data processing.
