基于ANSYS的平面磨床整机动态特性分析 被引量:6

摘要 以某型平面磨床为研究对象,基于机械振动理论,在ANSYS有限元环境中建立了有限元模型,采用有限元法对其进行模态分析,得到了平面磨床前六阶固有频率和振型,以及计算得到前六阶临界转速。对平面磨床进行谐响应分析,得到了切削力作用下砂轮在X、Y和Z三个方向的频率振幅变化曲线。分析结果表明,曲线中波峰所对应的频率即为平面磨床的薄弱区域,这些频率与平面磨床的前六阶固有频率基本一致,从而验证了模态分析的正确性。为避开共振频率提供了理论支撑,可进一步指导平面磨床的设计及其优化。 Taking a certain type of surface grinder as the research object,based on the theory of mechanical vibration,the finite element model was established in the ANSYS environment,and the modal analysis was carried out by using the finite element method.The natural frequency and mode of the first six orders of surface grinder were obtained,and the critical rotational speed of the first six orders was calculated.Harmonic response analysis was carried out on the surface grinding machine,the cutting force under the action of grinding wheel in the X,Y,Z three directions of the amplitude frequency curves,the analysis results show that the curve of the peaks corresponding to the frequency that is for the weak area of surface grinding machine,the frequency and surface grinding machine in the first six order natural frequency,so as to verify the validity of the modal analysis.It provides theoretical support for avoiding resonance frequency and further guides the design and optimization of surface grinder.
