颅骨弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 目的总结颅骨弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤诊治经验。方法回顾性分析1例颅骨弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤病例资料,分析颅骨淋巴瘤的临床特征、诊断及治疗。结果手术全切除肿瘤,病理诊断为弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤,出院后于外院行进一步化学治疗及生物治疗,随访5个月余肿瘤未复发。结论原发于颅骨的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤少见,术后易复发,需辅以化疗与免疫治疗。
