摘要
介绍了一种新型纺织后整理定型机助剂喷雾施加系统,该系统可有效降低印染后整理生产成本,有利于染整企业提高效率、增加利润。定型机助剂施加工艺将采用喷雾方法,不需烘干织物即可施加,可以很好地解决传统轧车浆槽添加助剂的缺陷,具有节能、省浆、均匀等优点。
A new spray application system for setting machine was introduced.The system could effectively reduce the cost of finishing,improve the efficiency and increase profits of dyeing and finishing enterprises.The application process of auxiliary agent for setting machine adopted spray method.It did not need to dry fabric,could well solve the defect of adding auxiliary agent in the traditional rolling slurry tank,and had the advantages of energy saving,pulp saving and uniformity.
