摘要
针对田湾核电站厂区加氯系统管道内结垢堵塞问题,根据污垢化学成分,提出了利用硝酸作为主要清洗药剂进行化学清洗的方法,并针对田湾核电站加氯系统管道内结垢体紧实、硬度高、强度大等特点,在硝酸溶液中添加一定比例的渗透剂、消泡剂和还原剂。同时,鉴于加氯系统管道安装位置分别设计了开式清洗和闭式清洗系统,对田湾核电站厂区加氯系统管道进行化学清洗,结垢清洗率达到99%,为核电站加氯系统管道结垢治理提供了方向。
According to chemical composition of fouling,a method of chemical cleaning used nitric acid as the main cleaning agent is proposed for fouling problem in the pipeline of chlorination system in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station.With the characteristics of solid,high hardness,and high strength,a certain proportion of penetrants,defoamers,and reducing agents are added to the nitric acid solution.At the same time,open cleaning and closed cleaning systems are designed for installation positions of chlorination system pipes.Chemical cleaning of chlorination system pipelines at Tianwan Nuclear Power Station site has resulted in a fouling and cleaning rate of 99%,which provides a direction for the scaling management of nuclear power station chlorination systems.
