血清ADA与CA125监测在诊断结核性胸膜炎患者中的价值

摘要 目的观察血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)及CA125检测在结核性胸膜炎患者的应用价值。方法选取自2017年1月至2018年1月于我院接受治疗的结核性胸膜炎患者20例为试验组,非结核性胸膜炎患者20例为对照组,对两组患者测定两组患者治疗前后的血清ADA及CA125水平,进行分析比较。结果经过治疗后对照组的ADA及CA125水平均较治疗前明显降低,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的ADA水平变化未见明显差异(P>0.05),血清CA125数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对结核性胸膜炎患者的血清ADA及CA125监测对于临床治疗结核性胸膜炎具有一定的临床意义。 Objective To observe the application value of serum adenosine deaminase(ADA)and CA125 in patients with tuberculous pleurisy.Methods 20 patients with tuberculous pleurisy treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as experimental group and 20 of non tuberculous pleurisy as control group.The levels of serum ADA and CA125 before and after treatment of two groups were measured and compared with the two groups of patients before and after treatment with chemical immunization.Results After treatment,the levels of ADA and CA125 in the control group were significantly lower than those before the treatment.The difference of the data was statistically significant(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in the level of ADA(P>0.05),in the experimental group(P>0.05),and the difference of serum CA125 data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The monitoring of serum ADA and CA125 in patients with tuberculous pleurisy has certain clinical significance in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.
