摘要
花色素苷是植物呈现彩色的主要色素,综述了光照、温度、pH值和外施外源物质等环境因子对植物叶片花色素苷合成的影响,以及环境变化对花色素苷合成途径中结构基因的影响,并展望了该领域今后的研究方向。
Anthocyanins are the main color pigments in plants.The effects of environmental factors such as light,temperature,pH value and exogenous materials on anthocyanin synthesis in plant leaves,and the effects of environmental changes on structural genes in anthocyanin synthesis pathway were reviewed.The future research directions in this field were also prospected.
