摘要
在当前社会中,镁合金是一种重要的金属材料,具有抗电磁辐射、比模量高、密度低、减震性好、比强度高等特点,在电器、电子、航空、航天、交通运输等领域当中得到广泛应用。但是就目前的发展情况来看,在断面复杂的镁合金型材挤压技术方面,发展和应用水平还有待提高。本文对镁合金型材挤压模具的设计与工艺进行了分析,以期推动该领域的进一步发展。
In the current society,magnesium alloy is an important metal material with the characteristics of antielectromagnetic radiation,high specific modulus,low density,good shock absorption and high specific strength.However,according to the current development situation,the development and application level of magnesium alloy profile extrusion technology with complex section still need to be improved.In this paper,the design and technology of extrusion die for magnesium alloy profile are analyzed in order to promote the further development of this field.
