摘要
以大豆品种辽豆15作为试材,设置不施肥、复合肥和复合益生菌3个处理,探讨碳能复合益生菌对其农艺性状和产量的影响。结果表明,不同处理下辽豆15的株高、低荚高、主茎节数、节间长度和分枝数无显著差异。与不施肥相比,施用复合肥显著提高了辽豆15的单株粒数、单株生物量和单株粒重,使产量提高了11.73%;施用复合益生菌显著提高了辽豆15的单株生物量和单株粒重,使产量提高了5.76%。由此说明,施用复合益生菌能够在不施化肥的条件下改善大豆植株的物质生产能力,从而实现增产的效果。
The purpose was to determine the effect of carbon composite probiotics on the agronomic traits and yield of soybean cv.Liaodou 15,in order to provide technical support for the application of biological fertilizer in soybean production.Three treatments including no fertilization,compound fertilizer and carbon composite probiotics were used in this study.Results showed that there were no significant differences in plant height,pod height,number of main stem nodes,internode length and number of branches among treatments.Compared to no fertilization,the application of compound fertilizer significantly increased the grain number,biomass and grain weight per plant,thus the yield of Liaodou 15 increased by 11.73%.The application of carbon composite probiotics significantly increased the biomass and grain weight per plant,and increased the yield by 5.76%.These indicated that the application of carbon composite probiotics could improve the matter production capacity of soybean plants without chemical fertilizer,thus achieving the effect of increasing yield.
