摘要
翻转课堂是一种新的教学模式,它颠倒了传统学校"课上老师讲授,课后完成作业"的教学安排。为了更好地理解动机,能力和机会之间的相互作用以及教师对翻转教学的持续贡献行为,文章针对翻转课堂实施问题,在系统科学视角下提出了一个基于SDT和MOA理论的"翻转课堂"教学模式与策略,并结合具体教学内容开展实践研究,初步验证了该模式的有效性。该模式利用MOA理论探讨能力和机会因素的调节作用,从而有助于更好地理解教师对翻转教学的持续贡献行为。
Flipping classroom is a new teaching mode whichreverses the traditional school’s teaching arrangements of"teaching in class"and completing assignments after class. In order to better understand the interaction between motivation,ability and opportunity and teachers’ continuous contribution to the"flipping teaching",the article proposes a"flipping classroom"teaching reform model based on SDT and MOA theory for the purpose of flipping classroom implementation problems. The specific teaching content carries out practical research and preliminary verification of the effectiveness of this model. This model with MOA theory explores the regulatory role of the ability and opportunity factors,which helps to better understand the teacher’s continued contribution to the flip teaching.
