摘要
为避免以往中亚管道压气站设计中燃气调压橇高压、低压路各自成橇,在故障发生时会中断下游用户供气的弊端,哈南线巴佐伊压气站燃气调压橇装置采用由两个配置完全相同的橇装单元(每个单元均包含高、低压两个支路)组合成橇,一用一备,从而提高了装置的可靠性.通过分析改进后的燃气调压橇装置的工艺流程、设计技术及调压阀的尺寸计算,证实了这种设计能够持续为高、低压气用户供气,因此避免了以往的设计弊端,值得在类似压气站中推广;且橇装置采用箱体外壳设计,更适合在寒冷地区使用.
In order to avoid interrupt of gas supply for downstream users of Central Asia Pipeline caused by the previous design in which the fuel gas pressure regulation are separated by a high pressure piping skid-mounted equipment and a low pressure piping skidmounted equipment,the integrated skid-mounted fuel gas pressure regulating equipment in Bozoy Compressor Station of Beineu-Shymkent Gas Pipeline is designed,which is composed of two same units(each including high pressure piping and low pressure piping),and one in use and another in standby state,so as to increase the equipment reliability.By analyzing the technological process of the improved fuel gas pressure regulating equipment,the design technology and the size calculation of the pressure regulating valve,it is proved that this design can continue to supply gas for high pressure and low pressure gas users,so it avoids the disadvantages of the previous design and is worth popularizing in similar pressure stations.And the equipment adopts the box shell design,which is more suitable for use in cold areas.
