摘要
卓越工程师教育培养计划的提出,旨在培养造就一大批创新能力强、适应经济社会发展需要的高质量工程技术人才。为探究“卓越计划”实施以来取得的进展及其发展趋势,借助CiteSpace可视化图谱分析工具,辅以Excel,对中国知网的477篇文献进行统计分析。分析结果显示,“卓越计划”近十年的研究在专业培养方案制定、课程体系和教学内容改革、培养模式探索、工程实践教学、质量保障体系完善等方面均取得了长足进展,逐渐迈入卓越工程师教育培养新阶段,重点转向卓越工程师教育培养教师队伍建设、工程教育专业认证、新工科建设等。从研究层面,应加强合作研究和成效研究;从实践层面,有必要做到培养标准与时俱进,找准工程教育与职业教育定位。
The proposal of"Excellent Engineer Educational Training Program"( hereafter referred to as the "Excellence Program") aims to cultivate a large number of high-quality engineering and technical personnel with strong innovative abilities so that they can adapt to the needs of economic and social development. In order to investigate the progress and development trends of Excellence Program since its implementation,477 literatures from China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI)database were statistically analyzed with the help of Cite Space visualization analysis tool and Excel. Results showed that in the last decade,the research of Excellence Program has achieved improvement in several areas,including the establishment of professional training scheme and course system,the reform of teaching content,the exploration of training model,the practical teaching of engineering,as well as the assurance system of teaching quality. Gradually,the Excellence Program has entered upon a new phase,focusing on building teams of teachers for excellent engineer educational training,validating the professional level of engineering education and establishing new engineering majors. Overall,from the research aspect,scholar,research institute and school should promote cooperative research and effectiveness research. From the practical aspect,it is necessary to ensure that the training standards are keeping up to date and the orientations of engineering education and vocational education are accurate.
