摘要
简要介绍了国家储备林有关政策的来历,建设过程中PPP模式引入的背景,对二者结合的相关政策进行了解读。针对襄阳市国家储备林建设情况,对项目从发起到实施的整个过程做了简要分析,总结其建设经验,以及目前所面临的困难,并提出合理建议,以期为下一步的建设工作提供参考。
This paper briefly introduced the origin of relevant policies on National Reserve Forest Construction,and the background of the introduction of PPP Model in the process of construction,and then interpreted the relevant policies of combinationof the two.In view of the construction situation of the construction of National Reserve Forest in Xiangyang City,the whole process from initiation to implementation of the project was briefly analyzed,the construction experience was summarized,and the difficulties faced at present were put forward,and reasonable suggestions were put forward in order to provide reference for the next construction work.
