摘要
为了摸索苏云金杆菌对美国白蛾的防效,选用Bt8000 IU/ul悬浮剂和0.25%阿维菌素+Bt32000 IU/mg可湿性粉剂,在湖北大悟县娘娘顶林场开展美国白蛾喷雾防治试验,结果表明:Bt8000IU/ul悬浮剂稀释2000~3000倍,5~7 d后防效较好,校正死亡率为83.13%~87.95%,其中Bt8000 IU/ul悬浮剂稀释2500倍,5 d后防效最佳,平均校正死亡率为83.13%;0.25%阿维菌素+Bt32000 IU/mg悬浮剂稀释2000~3000倍,5~7 d后防效较好,校正死亡率为92.77%~96.39%,其中0.25%阿维菌素+Bt32000 IU/mg可湿性粉剂稀释3000倍,5 d后防效最佳,平均校正死亡率为92.77%。
To explore the control effect of Bacillus thuringiensis on Hyphantria cunea,Two different formulations of Bacillus thuringiensis are used for field spray experimentsinDawu County Goddess Forest Farm,Hubei Province,They are Bt8000 IU/ul suspension and 0.25%Avermectin+Bt32000 IU/mgWettable Powder,respectively.The results show that:Bt8000 IU/ul suspension diluted 2000~3000 times had better control effect after 5~7 days of application,and the corrected mortality rate was 83.13%~87.95%,Among them,Bt8000 IU/ul suspension diluted 2500 times had the best control effect after 5 days of application,and the average corrected mortality rate was 83.13%.Diluted by 2000~3000 times of 0.25% avermectin + Bt32000 IU/mg suspension,the control effect was better after 5~7 days of application,and the corrected mortality rate was 92.77%~96.39%,Among them,0.25% avermectin + Bt32000 IU/mg wettable powder diluted 3000 times had the best control effect after 5 days of application,and the average corrected mortality rate was 92.77%.
