摘要
运用文献资料法、录像解析法、数理统计法和专家访谈法等研究方法,对伦敦、里约和东京奥运周期规则进行比较研读,解析三次大赛单杠单项决赛运动员成套动作的录像,旨在明晰单杠动作发展情况,以便更好地把握当前单杠项目的发展和制胜规律。结果表明:最新评分规则意图激励运动员挑战和完成单个高难核心动作;悬垂摆动类核心动作由分散趋向集中;飞行类核心动作继续向高难趋势发展;中穿前上类核心动作编排受宠;下法核心动作趋向统一;连接技术发展方面,科瓦克斯类直接连接技术的使用有所增加,特卡切夫类直接连接技术多样化创新,多个核心飞行动作间的连接技术将成为东京奥运周期比赛制胜的重要因素和发展趋势;单杠比赛的惊险性与观赏性将进一步增强。
Applying methods such as literature review,video analysis and mathematics statistics,this paper compares the rules of London,Rio and Tokyo Olympic cycle,analysis the video of all athletes of three men’s artistic gymnastics competitions,and summarize the development of the core and connection technology of Horizontal Bar,aiming to understand the development of movement and connection technology of horizontal bar.The results show that the latest rules are intended to encourage athletes to challenge and complete a single high-difficult core action.The core actions of long hang swings were concentrated and dispersed.The development of core movements of flight elements trends to high-difficulty.The core movements of Alder elements will be more and more popular.In the development of connection technologies,the use of direct connection technology of the Kovacs’s class has increased.The direct connection technology of Tkachev’s Class have been diversified and innovated.The connection technology of multiple core flight actions will become an important factor and development trend for victory in the Tokyo Olympics.The thrilling and ornamental nature of the horizontal bar will be further enhanced.
