摘要
目前我国在规范糠醛工业排污许可方面仍是一个空白。文章对糠醛行业排污节点作了介绍,给出了污染防治可行技术要求,并依据技术可行、管理可操作的原则,为制定糠醛工业排污许可证申请与核发技术要求中的水、大气污染物方面限制性指标的确定提出了合理化建议。这对推动我国糠醛工业产业升级,提高我国糠醛工业的活力和竞争力具有重要意义。
At present, the regulation of sewage discharge permit in furfural industrial is still lacking.This paper introduces in detail the outlets in furfural industry, and gives the feasible technical requirements for pollution prevention and control.Based on the principal of feasibility and operability, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to determine the restrictive index of water and air pollutant, which is used for the application and issuance of Sewage Discharge permit in furfural industrial.It is of great significance to promote the industrial upgrading and enhance the vitality and competitiveness of furfural industry in China.
