摘要
随着国家政策的调整及概预算编制需求的不断增长,为提升概预算编制的工作效率、保障概预算编制成果的质量、满足不同时期的政策需求,信息通信工程概预算编制平台应运而生,并根据需要满足不同应用场景的预算需求。本文从平台架构、平台组成及各子系统功能,对信息通信工程概预算编制平台进行了浅析,并对其推广和应用前景进行了展望。
With the continuous growth of the budget preparation requirements,and the adjustment of national policy,in order to improve the work efficiency of budget preparation,ensure the quality of budget preparation results,and meet the policy requirements of different periods,the SmartBudget platform emerged as The Times require.The SmartBudget platform can meet different application scenarios.In this paper,from the platform structure,platform composition and the functions of each subsystem,the SmartBudget platform is analyzed,and its promotion and application prospects are forecasted.
