摘要
针对自动控制系统实践教学的需求,开发一套基于机器视觉系统的模拟电磁曲射炮实验平台,该平台由主控模块、机器视觉模块、传动模块以及供电模块等模块组合而成,主体框架包含上位机、炮架以及机器视觉模块固定支架。该实验平台可开展测控实验、角度测控实验、图像识别与定位实验等实验项目,具有开放性、层次性以及实现方式多样化等特点。通过实验平台的学习不仅可加深学生对自动控制系统的理论课知识理解,还可提升实践动手能力、综合设计能力以及创新能力。
In order to meet the needs of practical teaching of automatic control system,this paper develops a machine vision based electromagnetic curved gun experimental simulation platform,which is composed of main control module,machine vision module,transmission module and power supply module.The main equipment includes host computer,gun carriage and machine vision fixed bracket.The experimental platform can carry out measurement and control experiments,angle measurement and control experiments,image recognition and positioning experiments and other experimental projects.The platform is open,hierarchical and diversified,thus,students can not only deepen their understanding of the theoretical knowledge of automatic control system,but also improve their practical ability,comprehensive design ability and innovation ability by using the experimental platform.
