摘要 目的探讨3D-SPACE增强扫描序列在腮腺肿瘤术前面神经评估中的应用价值。方法30例经手术切除并由病理证实的腮腺肿瘤患者,术前均常规行T1WI、T2WI序列扫描及3D-SPACE序列增强扫描,行3D-SPACE序列三维重组最大限度显示面神经腮腺段走行全程及与肿瘤的关系,并与手术观察对照。结果30例患者面神经在SPACE序列三维重组均完整显示,30例面神经主干清楚显示,24例可显示分支走行,1例肿瘤体积过大,面神经分支显示不清,5例面神经分支与肿瘤关系密切。结论SPACE增强扫描序列能清楚显示腮腺段面神经主干及较好地显示主要分支,有利于术前评估腮腺肿瘤与面神经的关系。 Objective To evaluate the value of 3D-SPACE enhanced scanning sequence in the preoperative evaluation of facial nerve in parotid tumors.Methods Thirty patients with parotid gland tumors confirmed by pathology underwent routine T1WI,T2WI and 3D-SPACE sequence enhancement scanning before operation.3D-SPACE sequence reconstruction was performed to maximize the course of facial nerve parotid gland segment and its relationship with the tumors.The results were compared with surgical observation.Results Three-dimensional reconstruction of facial nerve in SPACE sequence showed 30 cases,the main trunk of facial nerve clearly showed in 30 cases,branches could be displayed in 24 cases,tumors in 1 case were too large,branches of facial nerve could not be clearly displayed,and branches of facial nerve in 5 cases were closely related to tumors.Conclusion 3D-SPACE enhanced scanning sequence can clearly show the main trunk and branches of parotid facial nerve,which is helpful for preoperative evaluation of the relationship between parotid tumors and facial nerve.
