摘要
以壳聚糖与氧化纤维素为原料,采用冷冻干燥法制备了氧化纤维素不同用量的复合海绵。通过吸水性、水蒸汽透过率、降解性等测试研究了其性能。研究表明,与纯壳聚糖海绵相比,复合海绵机械性能得到很大改善,还具有良好的吸水性、降解性及抑菌性。在氧化纤维素用量为5%(wt,质量分数)条件下,制得的复合海绵性能相对最佳,吸水率高达1243%,孔隙率为86. 51%,水蒸汽透过率为4. 13kg/(24h·m^2),拉伸强度为0. 28MPa,降解28d的降解率为22. 8%,对大肠杆菌、金黄葡萄球菌的抑菌圈宽度分别为2. 50mm、1. 50mm,是一种潜在的止血材料。
Composite sponges with different proportions of oxidized cellulose were prepared by freeze-drying using chitosan and oxidized cellulose as raw materials. The properties of the composites were studied by tests of water absorption,water vapor transmission rate and degradability. The results shown that the mechanical properties of the sponge were greatly improved compared with the pure chitosan sponge,and also had good water absorption,degradability and bacteriostasis. Under the condition that the amount of oxidized cellulose was 5%(wt,mass fraction),the obtained composite sponge had the best performance,the water absorption rate was as high as 1243%,the porosity was 86. 51%,and the water vapor transmission rate was 4. 13 kg/(24 h m^2),the tensile strength was 0. 28 MPa,the degradation rate of degradation for 28 d was 22. 8%,and the inhibition zone width for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were 2. 50 mm and 1. 50 mm,respectively,which was a potential hemostatic material.
