摘要
《生化工程》是生物工程专业中实践性要求较高的一门课程,对于培养学生从操作员提升为技术人员具有重要的作用。文章作者结合多年的授课经验提出了"教室型"、"实验室型"和"生产线型"的教学场景,教学场景可以根据《生化工程》的"动眼"、"动手"和"动脑"三种知识点类型灵活运用。相比于传统教学,场景式课堂教学在教学内容、教学方式和教学效果上分别具有直观性、互动性和成就性的特点。该文为《生化工程》的讲授提供了新的方法指导,有利于《生化工程》教学目的的达成。
Bioengineering bases on practice and higher than practice in "biological engineering" majors.It plays a key role in training students to upgrade from operators to technicians.In this paper,based on the teaching experience for many years,the author put forward that some teaching scenes,such as "classroom type", "laboratory type" and "production line type".The teaching scene can be applied flexibly,according to the three types of knowledge points of "moving eyes", "starting hands" and "moving brain" in teaching of "Biochemical Engineering" course.Compared with traditional teaching skills,scenario-style classroom teaching has the characteristics of intuition,interaction and achievement in in teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching effects in which it provided the novel skills and development in teaching of "Biological Engineering" course.
