摘要
根据瓦楞纸板生产线的结构,介绍了基于PLC的温度控制系统,阐述了瓦楞纸板生产过程中出现的问题以及对质量造成的影响,合理选择了PLC、温度传感器等硬件设施并画出相应的硬件连接图和接线图,设计了温度控制系统的工作流程图,最终使该系统能够有效改善瓦楞纸板生产过程中的温度问题。
According to the structure of corrugated board production line,this paper introduces the temperature control system based on PLC.The problems in the production of corrugated board and their influence on the quality are described.Reasonable choice of PLC,temperature sensor and other hardware facilities and draw the corresponding hardware connection diagram and wiring diagram.The flow chart of temperature control system is designed.Finally,the system can effectively improve the temperature of corrugated board production process.
