摘要
中医整体观念及其学术内容与中国传统文化一脉相承,具有不同于西医"整体观念"的特点和视野。和合思想是中华民族普遍认可的人文精神,也是中国古代哲学最具特色的文化理念。和合思维具有整体性、协调性、自发性、动态性、创生性等丰富内涵。运用和合思维对中医整体观念进行解读与分析,发现中医整体观念具有更深刻的内容:具备元整体的基本特质,在方法学上必须从整体把握部分;注重功能关系的协调有序,而不是解剖结构的关联和实体粒子的相互影响;重视整体协调的自和机制,并将其纳入治疗体系,提出以调和为主而不是对抗的治疗思想;强调时空形神的多维联系,注重顺应时变及生机转化,不同于以空间关系为主的解剖结构。因而,中医整体观念具有独特的理念及价值所在。
Holistic concept and its contents are in line with traditional Chinese culture,thus differentiating itself from the “holistic concept” of Western medicine with distinct characteristics and viewpoints.The “harmonizing & integrating”thinking is the humanistic spirit universally acknowledged by the Chinese people and the most distinctive cultural concept of ancient Chinese philosophy.“harmonizing & integrating”thinking has rich connotations such as integrity,coordination,spontaneity,dynamics,and generativeness.By interpreting and analyzing the holistic concept with such a thinking,more profound connotations of that concept are uncovered.It has the basic characteristics of the original holism,and emphasizes methodologically treating the part from the overall picture;it values the coordination and order among functions and relations,rather than the connection between anatomical structures and interaction of substantial particles;it stresses self-harmonization,and incorporates it into the therapeutic principle by advocating regulating and harmonizing instead of conflicting;by underlining the multidimensional connection of time,space,body and spirit,it promotes adapting to time and vitality transformation,which differs from anatomical structure chiefly based on space.Therefore,TCM holism is proven to be a unique and valuable concept.
