摘要
创新人才的培养需要有与之配套的创新平台。以浙江大学生物学国家级实验教学示范中心本科生开放创新实验室为例,从准入制度、仪器设备管理、药品管理、安全管理等角度,对大学生物学本科生创新开放实验室的管理模式进行了研究和探索,对存在的问题进行了深入的思考和讨论。实践表明,在实行全开放的管理模式下,有序合理的组织和严密细致的管理,可以使得创新实验室成为培养大学生创新能力的一个良好环境和优质平台,可在创新人才培养方面取得显著成绩。
The cultivation of innovative talents needs an innovative platform which matches the cultivation. In this paper,exploration on the manage mode of biological open innovation laboratory for undergraduates in universities is conducted by considering the permission system,equipment management system,reagents management system and safety management system,using the open innovation laboratory for undergraduates in the national demonstration center for experimental biology education in Zhejiang University. Thinking and discussion are also conducted on the current problems. It is demonstrated that with organized management the innovation laboratory would be the best platform for the cultivation of innovative talents.
