摘要
通过对输油站应用无扰动快切技术后,装置正常动作但主输泵电机却跳停的原因进行详细分析,提出了切换过程中的工作电流核算公式以及断路器固有分合闸时间的选择2个优化应用建议,为其他成品油管道在营输油站以及新建成品油管道输油站开展无扰动技术应用前的技术分析提供了很好的参考价值。
Through a detailed analysis of the reason why the main pump motor has stopped while the device is in normal operation after the application of undisturbed fast cutting technology at the oil station,two optimization applications of the working current accounting formula in the switching process and the selection of the circuit breaker’s natural closing time are put forward. It provides reference value for the technical analysis before the application of undisturbed technology in other oil pipeline stations.
