摘要
在分析通风机存在"大马拉小车"的基础上,指出将变频调速控制系统应用于其中已达到节能的效果,并着重对其控制策略和关键传感器进行选型设计。经仿真分析,模糊PID控制策略的控制效果最佳,且得到各类传感器的型号,为通风机节能控制奠定基础。
On the basis of analyzing the existing"Malamara tr olley"of the ventilator,it is pointed out that the frequency-variable speed-regulating control system has been applied to the effect of energy saving,and the control strategy and key sensor are designed.Through the simulation analysis,the control effect of the fuzzy PID control strategy is the best,and the model of all kinds of sensors is obtained,which lays the foundation for the energy-saving control of the ventilator.
