摘要
以西山煤电马兰矿12 t蓄电池矿用电机车为研究对象,对与其相配套的制动系统的关键部件进行选型设计,并采用Matlab/Simlink软件对该制动系统的制动性能进行仿真分析。结果表明,该气动制动系统在空载和满载状态下制动距离均满足《煤炭安全规程》的相关要求。可被推广应用。
Taking the 12 t battery mine electric locomotive of Xishan Coal Power Malan Mine as the research object,the key components of the braking system are selected and designed,and the braking performance of the braking system is simulated and analyzed by Matlab/Simlink software.The results show that the braking distance of the pneumatic braking system meets the requirements of Coal Safety Code.It can be popularized and applied.
