摘要
介绍了基于MATLAB/Simulink和LabVIEW的混凝土泵车搅拌系统和冷却系统软件仿真方法,阐述了利用LabVIEW SIT(simulation toolkit interface)进行搅拌系统和冷却系统仿真的原理,给出了系统仿真的具体实现过程,最后将该方法实现的仿真结果与MATLAB/Simulink中的仿真结果进行分析比较。对比结果表明,用LabVIEW SIT仿真,人机界面较好,操作较为方便,仿真效果较为直观明显,并在混凝土泵车硬件在环仿真方面有较好的应用。
The paper introduces the simulation method of mixing and cooling system in concrete pump truck based on MATLAB/Simulink and LabVIEW,illustrates the principle and realization of mixing and cooling system simulation by using LabVIEW SIT(simulation toolkit interface),and compares the simulation results between LabVIEW SIT and MATLAB/Simulink.The contrastive analysis shows that the LabVIEW SIT simulation has the advantages of a better man-machine interface,easier operation,more visible simulation result compared with MATLAB/Simulink simulation.It is applied widely in hardware-in-the-loop simulation of concrete pump truck.
