Determination of the DC Tie-line Transfer Capacity Region of the Interconnected Power Grid: A Multi-Parametric Programming Approach

摘要 互联电网通过联络线功率传输实现更大区域内的电力资源优化配置。准确刻画联络线功率可行域,可保证互联电网调度的经济性与安全性。以直流联络线为研究对象,提出基于多参数规划理论的互联电网直流联络线功率可行域确定新方法。所提方法以联络线功率为规划参数,研究满足互联电网潮流平衡、发电机容量和支路传输极限等安全约束下的直流联络线功率可行范围,从而准确刻画互联电网联络线功率可行域。IEEE9-IEEE30节点联合算例以及IEEE14-IEEE39节点联合算例的仿真计算论证了该方法的有效性和准确性。为促进新能源跨区域消纳,文中进一步定量分析了新能源渗透率对联络线功率可行域的重要影响,为新能源的合理配置提供量化决策依据。 An interconnected power grid makes full use of power resources in the broader power grids via tie-line power transmission. Exact description of tie-line transfer capacity region guarantees the optimality and security in the dispatch. This paper proposed a new method for exactly determining the tie-line transfer capacity region of interconnected power grids via multi-parametric programming, with a special focus on DC tie lines. The proposed method selects the DC tie-line powers as the parameter. An exact DC tie-line transfer capacity region is found, which satisfies operational constraints, including power balance constraint, generator capacity constraint and branch flow constraint. The simulation results of the joint case IEEE 9-30-bus and 14-39-bus test system demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method. In terms of accommodating high renewable penetration across the interconnected internetwork, the impact of renewable penetration is further analyzed for the tie-line transfer capacity region. This quantitative analysis provides the decision-making basis for the rational allocation of renewable energy.
