摘要
选用腐殖酸(HA)为基体,采用化学发泡制孔法,以聚乙二醇(PEG)8000为致孔剂,丙烯酸(AA)为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,制备PEG–HA–PAA多孔高吸水树脂,研究了HA和PEG含量对PEG–HA–PAA吸水性能的影响,同时研究了PEG–HA–PAA对染料的吸附性能。结果表明,合成的高吸水树脂微观表面呈现多孔结构,具有良好的热稳定性和吸附性能。当HA和PEG含量分别为单体AA质量的12%和10%时,树脂的吸蒸馏水能力和吸盐水倍率最高,分别为791 g/g和88 g/g,对阳离子染料的吸附率均可达90%以上。
PEG–HA–PAA superabsorbent resin with porous structure was prepared by chemical foaming method using humic acid(HA)as matrix,neutral acrylic acid(AA)as monomer and polyethylene glycol(PEG)8000 as pore forming agent,N,Nmethylenebisacrylamide and ammonium persulfate were used as crosslinker and initiator,respectively.The effects of HA and PEG contents on the water absorbing performance of PEG–HA–PAA were studied and the adsorption of dyes by PEG–HA–PAA was also studied.The results show that the superabsorbent resin has the surface of micro porous structure,good heat resistance and absorbing performances.When HA content is 12%of AA mass and PEG content is 10%of AA mass,the resin has best distilled water capacity and salt water absorbing performance with distilled water rate and salt water rate as high as 791 g/g and 88 g/g,and the adsorption rates for cationic dyes are over 90%.
