摘要
应用型高校人才培养目标不同于其他普通高校或者研究型大学,其对应的人才培养模式也有新的要求,应用型高校必须转变原有的人才培养模式,加强与企业的合作力度,构建协同育人模式。然而诸多应用型高校在协同育人模式构建过程中仍存在一些普遍问题,诸如育人者观念滞后,企业参与度不高,专业设置与地方产业发展脱节,教师队伍建设不成熟,实践基地建设不够等等。因此,必须转变社会全员育人观念,建立多层次组织管理机构;根据地方发展需求调整高校专业设置;校企联合打造“双师型”教师队伍;校企共建实习实训基地,注重教学实践,寻求协同育人实现路径。
The goal of talents training of application-oriented colleges is different from other colleges and research universities,and there are some new requirements on its talents training mode.Application-oriented colleges have to reinforce the cooperation with enterprises and construct cooperative talents training mode quickly.However,the problems of outmoded concepts,enterprises' low participation,mismatch between majors and industries,small quantity of double-professionally-titled teachers and practice bases are still in existence in the construction of collaborative education modes in many application-oriented colleges.To construct cooperative talents training mode,not only colleges but enterprises should change concepts,set up multi-level management organization,adjust majors better according the training goal,cultivate more double-professionally-titled teachers and built more practice bases together.
