摘要
HIV-1分子传播网络是一种通过比对HIV感染者之间遗传信息的相似性构建网络连接结构的新兴方法,主要用于了解HIV流行特征和指导高效率的干预与防控工作。文章通过综述HIV-1分子传播网络的基本原理、构建方法、分析方法以及应用,旨在为更高效、有针对性地防治HIV提供科学依据。
Objective HIV-1 molecular transmission network is an emerging method of establishing the network by comparing similarities in genetic information between HIV infected individuals and used to understand HIV spread and guide intervention work. We reviewed the theory, construction methods,analysis methods and application of the HIV-1 molecular transmission network in order to provide scientific basis for more efficient and targeted prevention and treatment of HIV.
