摘要
一种氨酯化改性酚醛树脂,它是由酚醛树脂通过氨酯化反应接枝甲基丙烯酰氧乙基异氰酸酯(MOI),然后再自由基聚合得到的。改性后的酚醛树脂用于制造热敏计算机直接制版(CTP)版材,版材具有激光成像性能稳定、成膜性好、耐溶剂、耐印力高的优点。
A urethane modified phenolic resin was prepared by grafting the methacryloyloxyethyl isocyanate(MOI)onto the phenolic resin via the urethane reaction and then further free radical polymerization.The modified phenolic resin can be used for making the plate material of thermosensitive computer to plate(CTP),The plate possesses the advantages of stable laser imaging performance,good film-forming performance,solvent resistance and high printing resistance,etc.
