摘要
选用己二酸(AA)、1,4–丁二醇(BDO)为原料,设计合成低相对分子质量(~500)的AABDO聚酯多元醇(PBA500),系统研究了醇酸投料比、催化剂钛酸四正丁酯(TNBT)加入量、真空度等工艺参数对合成聚酯多元醇的基本指标及反应周期的影响;确定最佳的反应条件为:n(BDO):n(AA)为1.65~1.71,w(TNBT)为(10~30)×10–6,真空度为–0.08~–0.09 MPa。
By selecting adipic acid(AA),1.4-butanediol(BDO)as raw materials,the low relative molecular mass(~500)AA-BDO polyester polyol(PBA500)was designed and synthesized.The influence of the process parameters including the feeding ratio of alcohol and acid,the adding amount of tetra-n-butyl titanate(TNBT)catalyst and the vacuum degree,etc.on the basic indicators of the synthesized polyester polyol and the reaction period was systematically investigated.The optimal reaction conditions were confirmed as follows:n(BDO):n(AA)=1.65~1.71,w(TNBT)=(10~30)×10–6,the vacuum degree is–0.08~–0.09 MPa.
