摘要
首先对工程教育认证理论进行了分析,对国内外毕业实习环节的建设与管理进行了文献综述,并对其进行了归纳分析及梳理,而后结合工程认证提出高分子材料工程专业的毕业实习应该达到的指标点.分析了毕业实习存在的问题,依据工程认证指标点,提出了双导师制、考核制度及内容,在毕业实习基地建设中采用“四一建设”和“三个依托”研究方案.通过实践最终发现,此研究方法可以用于毕业实习的教学环节,且毕业实习成绩明显提高,达成度达到了0.84.
This paper firstly analyzed with the theory of engineering education accreditation,reviewed the literature on the construction and management of graduation practice at home and abroad,and summarized,analyzed and sorted it out,and then put forward the graduation practice of polymer materials and engineering specialty should reach index point,the article analyzes the problems existing in graduation practice,according to the engineering accreditation index point,put forward the double tutorial system,appraisal system and contents,and the research plan of"construction of four"and"three relying on"in the graduation practice base.Finally,through practice,it was found that this research method could be used in the teaching process of graduation practice,and the graduation practice results were improved obviously,and concluded degree was 0.84.
