基于核磁共振T2谱测量水包油型原油乳状液含水率的实验探索 被引量:1

An experimental exploration on the NMR method for determining water content of O/W crude oil emulsion

摘要 采用超声波制备出不同含水率的水包油型原油乳状液样品,采用CPMG自旋回波法测量了核磁共振T2谱。根据实验结果分析,提出了分别基于水包油型原油乳状液T2谱中T2N峰的弛豫时间T23,T2谱各峰面积和加入过量MnCl2·4H2O后T2谱总峰面积测量含水率的3种可能方法。验证实验表明:两种基于T2谱峰面积的测量方法具有较强的可行性和有效性;基于横向弛豫时间的测量方法因受原油乳状液乳化程度的影响较大,可行性较差。该研究成果为测量水包油型原油乳状液的含水率提供了新的方法。 The determination of water content in oil-in-water crude oil emulsion by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)method was explored.A series of oil-in-water crude oil emulsion samples with different water content were prepared by using ultrasound dispersion,and the T2 NMR spectra were measured by CPMG spin-echo method.According to the experimental results,three feasible methods for the measurement of water content in oil-in-water crude oil emulsion were proposed,which were based on the relaxation time T23 of the T2 Npeak,the area of each T2 peak,and the total area of the T2 peak after adding excessive MnCl2·4 H2 O,respectively.The verification experiment showed that the two methods based on the peak area of T2 spectra were feasible and effective,and the method based on transverse relaxation time was less feasible because of the influence of emulsification degree of crude oil emulsion.This new method was applicable to measuring the water content of oil-in-water crude oil emulsion.
