摘要
目的对曲安奈德痛点注射治疗骨科软组织慢性损伤临床效果进行探究。方法采集2018年1月至2018年12月我院骨科软组织慢性损伤患者55例,通过随机表方法分为27例对照组与28例治疗组,其中治疗组使用曲安奈德痛点注射治疗,对照组使用泼尼松龙联合利多卡因治疗,分析并比较两组临床治疗效果。结果经过比较后,其中治疗组治疗有效率高于对照组,两组差异大且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在骨科软组织慢性损伤的临床治疗中,使用曲安奈德痛点注射治疗能够取得更为显著的临床治疗效果,其治疗有效率很高,对确保患者身体健康程度的恢复具有较高价值,该治疗方法可临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of chronic soft tissue injury of orthopedics.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,55 patients with chronic soft tissue injury in orthopaedics department of our hospital were divided into 27 cases of control group and 28 cases of treatment group.The treatment group was treated with triamcinolone injection and the control group was treated with prednisolone combined with lidocaine.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After comparison,the treatment group was more effective than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic soft tissue injury of orthopedics,the use of triamcinolone acetonide injection can achieve more significant clinical treatment effect,and its treatment efficiency is very high,which has high value for ensuring the recovery of patients’health.The treatment can be used clinically.
