摘要
在消渴病传统认识的基础上,仝小林教授经过多年临床经验总结,根据现代糖尿病的疾病特点和发展规律提出"糖络病"学说用以指导现代糖尿病的中医诊疗。"糖络病"学说以控制血糖为重点,同时强调在治疗的全程贯穿治络思想,重视糖尿病大血管、微血管并发症的防治,并构建"病-类-期-证"诊疗体系和"态靶因果"辨治方略,针对糖尿病发生发展不同时期的各证候归纳相应的靶方、靶药。从"糖络病"的定义、体系、治疗、方略四个方面阐述"糖络病"的诊疗要点,以期为中医防治糖尿病提供新的模式。
On the basis of traditional viewpoint of diabetes,Professor TONG Xiaolin summed up the clinical experience of many years,and proposed the "blood glucose collateral disease"theory to guide traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) diagnosis and treatment of modern diabetes according to the characteristics and developmental rules of modern diabetes. The theory of"blood glucose collateral disease"focuses on the control of blood sugar,and emphasizes that the whole process of treatment runs through the idea of treating collaterals,paying attention to the prevention and treatment of complication of large blood vessels and microvessels,constructing a "disease-type-phase-syndrome"diagnosis and treatment system and "state,target,cause,effect"differentiation and treatment strategy. For the occurrence of diabetes in different periods of the syndrome,the corresponding target prescriptions and target drugs were summarized. This paper elaborated the diagnosis and treatment points of "blood glucose collateral disease"from the definition,system,treatment and strategy of "blood glucose collateral disease",so as to provide a new model for TCM prevention and treatment of modern diabetes.
