摘要
介绍肖承悰运用当归芍药散加减治疗卵巢囊肿的经验。认为卵巢囊肿与肝、脾关系密切,其发病机制为血水为病、痰瘀互结,以养血柔肝、健脾利湿、活血化瘀、祛痰消癥为治疗原则,临床中注重病证结合,以当归芍药散为基础方加减治疗,效果颇佳。
This paper introduced XIAO Chengzong’s experience in treating ovarian cysts with Danggui Shaoyao Powder(当归芍药散) . It is believed that ovarian cysts are closely related to liver and spleen. The pathogenesis of the disease is blood and water,and intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. The treatment principles are nourishing blood and softening the liver,strengthening the spleen and promoting diuresis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and eliminating phlegm and removing hard mass. The combination of disease and syndrome is focused in clinical practice,and should be treated with modified Danggui Shaoyao San with good effects.
